生哥（李康生饰）曾是混迹中山区酒店街的黑道，年轻时为救兄弟沙鸥（谢承均饰）入狱12年。多年后假释，再度踏足曾经叱咤风云的地盘，才发现小弟沙鸥已成为条通林森北的一方之霸，利益纠葛下，考验着兄弟情是否一如往昔？此时，一位心狠手辣的少年黑道“猴子”（黄远饰），率领新兴的帮派杀了沙鸥背后金主的儿子。某天沙鸥接获线报，派遣手下去酒店埋伏，却被猴子逃脱。两帮人马暗地里展开火拼，林森北风云变色，唯一能够帮沙鸥讨回公道的人，竟然还是兄弟生哥……。This film takes place in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Matic lives in a large neighbourhood of concrete blocks of flats with his mother. As his father is temporarily working in Libya, they live alone. Matic's otherwise monotonous life changes dramatically when he is chosen to feature in a film. At the shooting he meets Milena, a girl his own age whom he begins to like.
