该剧以朝鲜时代为背景，讲述青孀寡妇郑顺德（赵怡贤饰）和青孀驸马沈炡㥥（路云饰）在各自遭遇重大变故后，两人相遇并且人生开始产生交集之后发生的故事。。日常生活でありえないシチュエーションを設定し、人々がどのような行動を取るのか観察する。さまざまなアングルで設置された隠しカメラで記録されたVTRを紹介していく。 なお、当番組の開始前に、同様の内容の特番『日本中でニンゲン観察こんな時…アナタならどうする!?大実験SP』が2012年9月12日の19:00 - 20:49に放送された。この番組にベッキーも出演した。 2013年3月27日までは、TBSと一部の地域では毎週水曜日24:20 - 24:50に放送されていた。 2013年4月25日より現在の時間（ゴールデンタイム）に進出した。。Saturday Night Live aired its twelfth season during the 1986-1987 television season on NBC.
