一位过气的恐怖片导演黑石浩二与他的助理导演市川美穗前往深山中的一栋房子拍摄电影。他们遇到了一位名叫宫司玛利亚的精神错乱女子，她自称是导演的粉丝。玛利亚说她经历过导演片中的事情。不久后，无法解释的现象迅速开始发生，于是黑石决定将这些经历拍成电影，并得到一位志愿者和一位灵媒的帮助。。It’s summer and a group of young women head off for a week to a house in the country in order to rehearse a play.
