2025小年夜，一起开新向未来！。三年级小学生旋风刚转学，来到新城市，发现这里的人都非常沉迷陀螺竞技，并人手都有名为斗魂仪的陀螺竞技系统。有一天，旋风意外得到了一个魔幻陀螺，并发现了其中有生命的斗兽魂焰天火龙王。在陀螺竞技的过程中，旋风发现了陀螺制作公司的阴谋，并认识了左影、卡隆等魔幻陀螺手。为调查创幻公司背后的阴谋，旋风决定和伙伴们一起参加魔幻陀螺战榜巅峰赛；同时，一个神秘的面具人出现了，四处控制魔幻陀螺手，收集魂力值，意图觉醒超级斗兽魂。究竟谁是面具人，旋风和小伙伴们能不能冲击上榜，又能不能打破创幻公司的阴谋。。A project dealing with self-acceptance, food and media abuse.
