《偶像活动Planet!》宣布剧场版制作决定，本作将于2022年夏在日本上映。。一位过气的恐怖片导演黑石浩二与他的助理导演市川美穗前往深山中的一栋房子拍摄电影。他们遇到了一位名叫宫司玛利亚的精神错乱女子，她自称是导演的粉丝。玛利亚说她经历过导演片中的事情。不久后，无法解释的现象迅速开始发生，于是黑石决定将这些经历拍成电影，并得到一位志愿者和一位灵媒的帮助。。At a Balkan folk song and dance camp in the woods of Mendocino, California, Sarah reunites with her old friend Isolde and with a song she learned years before about dragons who entwine themselves in women's hair and carry them off through the forest, burning it as they go.
