民国三十六年的天津，富商之女郑心凌（路晨 饰）因为母亲在车祸中去世而患上了抑郁症，留学回国的心理医生宁雅（冯波 饰）带她来到一家深山中的温泉山庄进行心理治疗。在房间里，心凌无意中发现了一本神秘的日记，随着日记的展开，山庄里各种灵异事件层出不穷，她回来了……。本作曾在单行本第6卷限定版中同梱过一次OAD，这次已经是第2次动画化了。制作阵容有所改变，由《STRANGE+》的西川贵史担任监督，Softgarage协助制作。不过声优阵容与前作一样，依然是反田省太由内匠靖明出演，春风このみ由野村真悠华出演，神谷真夏由平井祥惠出演，佐佐木奈子由井之上奈奈出演，金子理央由新名彩乃出演，池端サヨ由佐藤奏美出演。。Astronomers spot anomaly headed for the earths solar system.
