篮板青春是一档中国顶尖篮球高中生，为了篮球梦想，为了理想大学，奋力拼搏的体育竞技节目。节目将展现中国青少年积极向上、坚忍不拔、无所畏惧的热血精神。12名选手来自8所中国顶尖的篮球高中，将接受多支球队的挑战，还有多所CUBA传统强校联合支持，最终获得3个中国顶尖大学北京大学训练营的试训机会。。雪山下小镇长大的青年阿布在一次邂逅中认识了城市女孩骆瑶。随着两人情愫渐生，两人离别前定下 “在星空下修一座木屋”的约定。为实现这个浪漫又不切实际的约定，阿布和身边伙伴开始了从无到有的造梦之旅……。Ally McBeal and Billy Thomas were going steady throughout their childhoods.
