付强和刘伟分别是诈骗集团的高管和头目，二人在带领诈骗集团组织诈骗活动时，突遭变故紧急逃窜了。付强从父亲王凯处得知，有人对他的父母进行诈骗。指示刘伟查到那人身份是陈世轩，二人找上门去本想教训陈世轩，却收到了陈世轩想要合作的请求，双方决定联手。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee).
